Update your contact and passport information, request a price reduction or an Economy or Neighbor-Free seat, or add your Etihad Guest identification number.

• Through this service, you won’t be charged a worldwide service fee.
• Before cancelling your reservation, consider the following:
• Verify that your ticket is refunded (whether there are cancellation fees) and has not been used.
• Your ticket should have been purchased with a single card of payment and issued over five days ago.
• There is no going back on cancellations or refunds.
• All refunds are subject to the tariff terms of the original ticket.
• Your bank might tack on extra processing costs.
• If you still don’t have the card you used to buy your ticket, please contact us.
• Global Service and Ancillaries There is no return for fees.

To change your flight if you possess a partially used ticket, please contact our contact centre. There can be service charges.

Change your name

Genuine typographical errors in the title or name (up to three characters) will be accepted without charge. The following name modifications will cost you US $100, or AU $150 if you bought your ticket in Australian dollars.

• Complete name to abbreviated/nickname

An illustration would be ALSHAMSI/MOHD MR to ALSHAMSI/MOHAMMED MR.

• Including a middle name

Considerations to make before making any changes:

• Only one change is allowed.
• The demand needs to be for the identical visitor listed on the ticket.
